Inibar Services helped the Groupe Alléno (10 restaurants, 7 of them in France) meet its challenges by integrating a KMS to digitalize its restaurants. A KMS (Kitchen Management System) is an optimized KDS (Kitchen Display System); in addition to the digital display of orders, the KMS enables highly optimized coordination of all kitchen operations.

Yannick Alléno, known for his innovative approach to French cuisine, wanted this same innovation to be reflected in the technologies used in his kitchens. That is why this Michelin-starred chef called on Inibar Services to carry out a tailor-made digitalization of his restaurants, to reflect his innovative approach to French gastronomy.
Inibar Services' approach to digitalizing Alléno Group restaurants
Inibar Services set up a laboratory to test and validate functionalities before piloting the target solution on a site for several weeks. Once the tests had been approved by Groupe Alléno and Inibar Services, Inibar Services began deployment.
Digital solutions deployed in Alléno Group restaurants
Inibar Services has implemented ANNONCER, a revolutionary gourmet kitchen management solution, in conjunction with Surface devices. This unique system offers complete order and production management, as well as access to reservations and customer history. It also integrates advanced allergen and food preference management, all in a KMS that stands out for its intuitive, user-friendly graphic interface, the most user-friendly on the market.
Value analysis
The introduction of the ANNONCER tool has radically transformed service methods in the kitchens. Following its success at the Pavillon Ledoyen, the solution has been adopted by all the Group's establishments, both in France and internationally, testifying to its effectiveness and appeal.
