Inibar Services helped the Sevetys Group (210 veterinary clinics) solve their challenges. SEVETYS, an emerging healthcare group, had grown rapidly by acquiring independent clinics across the country. With this expansion came the need to centralize and standardize operations across all clinics. To meet this challenge, SEVETYS called on Inibar Services.

A dedicated SEVETYS project manager was appointed, and weekly operational meetings with the SEVETYS I.S.D. and monthly meetings with regional clinic representatives were set up to ensure ongoing monitoring.

Inibar Services has installed a robust infrastructure with applications designed to manage tickets, inventory, customer satisfaction and reporting. Technical support is available from 9am to 9pm, every day of the week, with specialized teams. Inibar has also organized specific training courses for SEVETYS technicians within the I.S.D. At the same time, each new clinic is audited to take stock of the hardware, which is then managed and updated by Inibar.
