Inibar Services helped Maison Ladurée (41 stores in France, 5 in Switzerland and one in Monaco) solve their challenges. Maison Ladurée, the famous luxury pastry brand, recently undertook a strategic project to modernize its information system and improve the customer experience in its stores. Inibar Services, with its extensive expertise, was chosen to support Maison Ladurée in this ambitious project.

Inibar Services implemented and supported the TCPOS POS system so that Maison Ladurée could have a unified and more efficient management of commercial transactions. In addition, it was important to renew and maintain POS hardware in key areas, notably Roissy Charles de Gaulle, Orly and Nice airports. Inibar Services had to provide 7/7 technical support to ensure seamless operational continuity across the Maison Ladurée boutique network.
