Career path
Thomas DUNAND began his professional career in the hotel and restaurant sector, joining the Hôtel de Crillon from 2002 to 2004, where he held the position of F&B cost controller. In 2004, he joined Micros France as an installer, before progressing to the position of Inventory Management Product Manager, which he held until 2014. This experience enabled him to acquire solid expertise in IT and inventory management. From 2014 to 2019, Thomas DUNAND joined SLJ Cohen, a group comprising six Italian restaurants and a central purchasing office. Building on this rich and varied experience, Thomas DUNAND joined Inibar in 2021 as POS Product Director.
